Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of seco-enterprises.com and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Seco Enterprises, LLC ("Seco Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access, removal of content, and — where appropriate — referral to law enforcement.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Services to:

Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any party
Transmit, distribute, or store material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any similar form of solicitation
Engage in any activity that is fraudulent, false, deceptive, or misleading

2. Security Restrictions

You may not:

Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network operated by us, or breach any security or authentication measures
Access or attempt to access any part of the Services that you are not authorized to access
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services or any servers or networks connected to the Services, including by introducing viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, time bombs, or other malicious code
Use any unauthorized means to extract data from the Services, including scrapers, spiders, robots, or other automated data-collection tools, except as expressly permitted by us in writing
Forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email, posting, or transmission
Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up the Services

3. Content Restrictions

You may not submit through the contact form, chat widget, or any other channel content that:

Contains the personal information of another individual without their consent
Is defamatory, libelous, or otherwise actionable under applicable law
Discloses confidential or proprietary information of any third party
Promotes or facilitates illegal activity, including but not limited to the sale of regulated goods, child exploitation material, or human trafficking
Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or hate speech directed at any protected class

4. Commercial Restrictions

Without our prior written consent, you may not:

Resell, redistribute, or exploit any portion of the Services for any commercial purpose
Use the Services or any of our intellectual property to provide a competing product or service
Use the Services in connection with the operation of any business or for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial review of the Site's contents

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it through the contact form on our home page. We investigate reported violations and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, suspending or terminating offending accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this AUP, including without limitation removing offending content, suspending or terminating access to the Services, and pursuing civil or criminal remedies. Failure to enforce this AUP in any particular instance does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in any other instance.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated AUP.
